How long does a typical repair take?

Most software issues — OS install, virus removal, tune-ups — are done in 30-60 minutes at your location. Hardware replacements like screens, batteries and keyboards take 45 minutes to 2 hours. Motherboard-level work usually needs 1-3 days at our service centre.
Do you charge if my device can't be repaired?

You pay a flat ₹199 diagnostic fee if we've visited and inspected. This is adjusted in your repair bill if you proceed. If we quote and you decide not to repair, the ₹199 covers our visit — that's it. No hidden minimum charges.
Are the replacement parts genuine?

You get a choice on every part. Genuine OEM parts (Apple, Dell, HP) come with longer warranty and higher cost. Compatible / refurbished parts are cheaper and come with our own 30-day warranty. You decide before we order anything.
Is it safe to have an engineer come home?

Every engineer is background-verified and arrives in Innova Retail uniform with a company ID card. Before the visit you will get their name, photo, and live location on WhatsApp. A female staff member can accompany home visits on request — no extra cost.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?

If the exact same issue recurs within 30 days of our repair, we fix it free. The warranty covers the service labour and any parts we supplied. It does not cover new unrelated issues, physical damage, or liquid spills after the repair.
Do you cover areas outside Ahmedabad?

On-site service is limited to Ahmedabad city. For Gandhinagar and nearby suburbs we offer pickup-and-drop at no extra charge. For anywhere else in Gujarat, you can courier the device — we'll diagnose, quote, and return it insured.
